About Laxmi Raman Acharya Foundation

Laxmi Raman Acharya Foundation (LRAF), dedicated to the cherished memories and ideals of Late Shri Laxmi Raman Acharya,  a true Gandhian and a veteran Freedom Fighter, was founded in the year 1973,  conceived with a missionary theme to serve the under privileged segment of the society particularly among children, women, youth, aged and destitute through the implementation of various welfare projects aimed for their overall betterment and upliftment.

During 36 years of its glorious track record, Foundation implemented number of welfare projects in the diversified fields of Rural Development, Khadi & Village Industries promotion, Women Empowerment, Youth Welfare,  Children Education, Health Care Services,  Handicapped Welfare, Environment Awareness and National Integration Programs, executed with the active participation and support of its dedicated cadre and high profile national and international agencies.
